Yesterday,
we reported that Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan are gearing up to recreate a
‘90s song for their film. The two will dance to a contemporary version of Ladka
Aankh Maare, originally featuring Arshad Warsi and Simran, from Tere Mere Sapne
(1996). The number was originally sung by Kumar Sanu and Kavita Krishnamurthy.
A source
close to Mumbai Mirror had revealed, “The song has been recreated by Tanishk
Bagchi who has been working on the new version since the past few months. It
has new beats to appeal to the Gen X but the fun element is intact, which was
Rohit’s brief.”
